Business Development Executive (BDE) - Atlanta
Our client, iServiceX, has retained us to recruit an outstanding individual for the position of Business Development Executive. The BDE will be responsible for following through and closing business on sales leads generated by the Marketing Department. Additionally, the BDE will have target accounts (identified through a structured screening process) in specific industry sectors and regions and will be expected to build relationships and sell consulting services. iServiceX is a specialist firm helping business organizations implement strategic change initiatives. The Candidates We Seek
The preferred candidates should have senior manager/principal level responsibilities with a reputable consulting firm and should have:
Hands-on experience in strategic sourcing and several of the other services that the firm provides
 5 - 10 years of consulting experience
 Demonstrated the ability to sell consulting services
 The ability to quickly frame issues and develop potential solutions in a client environment
 The ability to quickly develop strong client relationships
 Worked and interacted with the Senior Executives in a client environment
 Strong communication and presentation skills
 A desire to work in a team environment, the ability to draw on resources, and manage the sales cycle
 The willingness to conduct independent research to understand potential client/industry issues
 A Bachelors degree (masters in business preferred)
The candidate should preferably be located in Atlanta and be prepared for significant travel. Qualified candidates, located in other major cities, should anticipate additional travel.

Benefits & Recruiting Information
Compensation & Benefits
The annual compensation will include a base salary that could range from $80,000 to $150,000 based on the candidate's experience, and a percent of sales (Up to 5% if the candidate is the major contributor the sales process). The BDE will have a run-rate sales target of $5 million. The BDE will also participate in the 401K plan, health care plan, profit sharing plan, and be eligible for stock options.
