Molly Baskin - Chicago

Ms. Baskin has over twenty-five years of experience in business analysis, banking, and corporate finance.  She began her career at Ernst & Whinney, where her clients included financial institutions, high technology companies, and consumer products.  She was with The Coca-Cola Company for six years in Corporate Financial Planning and subsequently as Director of Accounting for Coca-Cola Foods.  Ms. Baskin served four years as controller for Chambers Exploration, a privately-held oil and gas exploration and production company.

Ms. Baskin spent six years with Bank of Montreal as Director in its Special Assets group where she restructured in excess of $1 billion of debt for bank clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate, energy, industrial products, and consumer products.  She then became a Vice President at Bank of Montreal's subsidiary bank, Harris Trust and Savings Bank, in its mid-market group, responsible for a diversified portfolio.  Most recently, she was a partner with Quayle Partners, a consulting firm which works primarily with mid-sized companies to identify and execute appropriate financial strategy.

Ms. Baskin is a graduate of Wellesley College and the Harvard Business School.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of American Capital Strategies, Inc., a Nasdaq-traded buyout and mezzanine fund based in Bethesda, Maryland, and of two privately-held companies.   She also gives her time to various not-for-profit organizations.  Ms. Baskin serves on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School Club of Chicago where she served as Co-president and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association.  In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Investment and Loan Program (PILP), for which she is the immediate past-Chair.
